- Copy and distribute the Freware version of Zipoid.
- Purchase a license for Zipoid Professional version to become a registered
user of the software.
- Run one (or more, up to number specified in the license) instance(s) of
Zipoid Professional version at a time (for registered users only).
YOU MAY NOT
- Sublicense, rent, lease or sell any version of Zipoid software or any
portion of it.
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify any version of Zipoid
or any portion of it.
- Copy, share or distribute the Professional version of Zipoid software or
license data.
- Use the Professional version of Zipoid if you are not registered user.
TERM AND TERMINATION
You may terminate this license agreement at any time by returning or destroying
all copyies of Zipoid in your possession an notifying the Zipoid team. This license agreement will terminate immediately if you infringe upon ZipCodeSystems's copyrights or breach this agreement.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The authors make no warranty or representation, either express or implied,
with respect to this software, its quality, accuracy, merchantability,
or fitness for a particular purpose. This software is provided "as is",
and you, its user, assume the entire risk as to its quality and accuracy.
DISTRIBUTION
The Freeware version of Zipoid may be distributed unmodified provided
any charge is to cover distribution costs only. The Freeware version of Zipoid
may be placed on magazine CDs, etc. as long as the Zipoid team is informed.
