2. FULL (REGISTERED) VERSION
One license of Search Engine Studio allows installation of the registered version on a single computer only.
This license grants permission to create unlimited number of search engines, however their distribution depends on the licence type purchased.
There are three license types:
- Web license -- this license grants permission to create unlimited number of outputs (search engines) as long as all these outputs will be either available on an Internet web site (accessible by all Internet users) or used for personal purposes;
- Intranet license -- this license grants permission to create unlimited number of outputs (search engines) which can be distributed by any means (such as Intranet or Internet web site) with the exception of CD-ROM/DVD distributions;
- CD-ROM license -- this license grants permission to create unlimited number of outputs (search engines) which can be distributed by any means, such as CD-ROM/DVD distributions, Internet or Intranet web site;
2a. Distribution of the full version
You are specifically prohibited from distributing the full version of the software.
3. DEMO (UNREGISTERED) VERSION
3a. Evaluation of the demo version and Registration
This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use the demo version for evaluation or personal purposes without charge.
If you want to use this software without restrictions or for purposes other than evaluation, a registration fee (found on the Web at http://www.xtreeme.com/searchenginestudio/order) is required. When payment is received you will be sent a registration key.
3b. Distribution of the demo version
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the original (unmodified) installation package of the demo version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the original installation package of this software as you wish; and distribute the installation package of the software in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
