3D Wonders hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software titled "World News Screensaver" (henceforth called "the Software"). For the unrestricted version you are required to pay a license fee, as instructed within the Software and elsewhere.
The terms of this license are that you may not:
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction);
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software;
- sell the software, unless you are an accepted 3D Wonders affiliate;
LICENSE TERMINATION
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and documentation.
