and you. We would not be able to provide this software on an economic
basis without such limitations.
GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY

This agreement will be governed by and construed according to the law of
the Federal Republic of Germany. The parties irrevocably submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Germany. This agreement is deemed
to have been made in Germany.
If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal
for any reason, this agreement shall remain otherwise in full force apart
from such provision or part provision, which shall be deemed, deleted.
