Limitations:
You may not rent or lease this software, you may not transfer your rights under this license agreement.
Ownership:
Gyrofly retains ownership of the software.
Liability:
In no event shall Gyrofly be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of inability to use this software, even if Gyrofly has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
