EULA License InformationEnd-user License Agreement for ALL RANWare Products
This End-user License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either individual or single entity) and RANWare. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Licensed Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, promptly destroy the software media for a full refund.
Grant of License:
This EULA grants you the following rights:
You may use the Licensed Product on multiple personal (or small businesses with under 5 employees) computers as long as the computers storing and processing the Licensed Product are used for personal or personal business use (including any Laptop systems that may be transported). This means that the Licensed Product may be stored on a personal networked server or personal workstation as long as the Licensed Product, or any part thereof, can not be accessed by another computer at a different physical address unless used for personal use.
Licensing for businesses with over 5 employees - please contact rws@ranware.com for special reduced volume licensing fees.
Licensing for educational institutions/ purposes - our policy is to allow the use of one registered copy, on as many systems as desired, as long as they reside at one physical location and used for educational purposes. Contact rws@ranware.com for special written permission to do so.
Users, libraries, and educational institutions have the right of "fair use" such as the provision of fundamental library services like inter-library loan, archiving and preservation.
Specific Description of Licensed Product. This EULA provides a license to you for the Licensed Product composed of any and all particular software product downloaded or licensed from RANWare.
RANWare products will not track and collect confidential information about personal and business activities of licensees. We will release no software product that knowingly contain "back door" entrances, potentially making users' systems vulnerable to infiltration by unauthorized hackers.
Restrictions on use:
This EULA requires that you abide by these use restrictions:
No Redistribution of Licensed Product. You may not separately publish, market, distribute, sell or sublicense, for fee or no fee, the Licensed Product or any part thereof without express consent from RANWare in written form.
Transfer of License. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the Licensed Product including product data, associated media, and all documentation materials in printed, electronic or any other form, this EULA, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
Termination of License. RANWare reserves the right to terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA and offer you a full refund of registration cost. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Licensed Product including product data, associated media, and all documentation materials in printed, electronic or any other form.
Ownership of Licensed Product. The Licensed Product and all associated elements such as copyrights, trade names, intellectual property, and information with respect to the Licensed Product are owned by RANWare.
If the software product includes encryption technology, it is understand that at this time, encryption technology is controlled for export by the U.S. Government. The software may also be subject to import and/or use regulations in foreign countries. For more information on the U.S. Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"), 15 C.F.R. Parts 730-774, and the Bureau of Export Administration ("BXA"), please see the BXA homepage at http://www.bxa.doc.gov. No registered version will be furnished to any person restricted from import according to current US law.
INFRINGEMENT WARRANTY: RANWare warrants to you that, to the best of it's knowledge, the digital data comprising the Licensed Product do not infringe the rights, including copyrights, trade names, and intellectual property, of any third party.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES:

The Licensed Product will perform substantially as described in the materials physically accompanying the delivery of the Licensed Product and within the software product page residing on ranware.com.
RANWare entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at RANWare option either:
refund of the price paid in exchange for return of the Licensed Product and destruction of all copies of the Licensed Product including product data, associated media, and all documentation materials in printed, electronic or any other form, or
correction or replacement of the Licensed Product.
No other warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RANWare disclaims all other warranties either express or implied.
No liability for consequential damages: Common sense dictates that any software program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. While every precaution was taken to produce bug free code, you use this software at your own risk. RANWare will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or mis-using this software. We pledge that RANWare will never make available any software that has known defects that may result in damage of data residing on the system.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado where the software was created.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and RANWare with respect to the Licensed Product and supersedes any other communications or advertising, whether written or oral, with respect thereto. This EULA may not be modified or expanded except in writing signed by an authorized representative of RANWare. If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Only the 30 day evaluation version of the program can be distributed.
No files can be added to or remove from the original distribution.
If you wish or need to modify the distribution package in any way you must contact RANWare first.
