Tutorial for Netflow Beginners: Rick Blundell's Netflow Guide

Richard Bludell's Netflow Guide is a very practical tutorial for beginners, how to analyze Netflowdata and display them with rrdtools. Since there is everything described very detailed and with commands, it should be possible even for beginners to follow the instructions.

The questions you can answer after having proceeded all the steps of the tutorial are:
* What are the top 10 bandwidth consumers?
* How many Gigabytes did IP xx.xx.xxx.xxx use in the last 30 days?
* How much IRC and Filesharing traffic is on our network?
* Is IP xx.xx.xxx.xxx sending an unusually high amount of packets?
* What are our maximum and average bandwidth users?
* Is our network large enough to support our traffic?

So after you have fulfilled all the steps of the tutorial you can answer similar questions like TrafficStatistic, but to fulfill the Netflow tutorial you need to have a Unix/Linux OS installed and a Netflow data source like a Cisco or Juniper router, which supports Netflow.
